It was a long walk to her favorite mall, and instead of getting back onto the train or calling for a ride, Capel made her way there on foot. Uptown stayed very, very busy, and very packed even into the night. There were a lot of clubs here. Ne'er-do-wells in garish colors tended to lurk in alleyways and on rooftops around here, and more and more would come out as the night went on. The police weren't often seen in this area. Capel had always wondered why, but didn't put much thought to it. A the neon lights of the city turned night back into day, the mall came into view up ahead. That place was pretty safe, usually.
