At night, New Hayden sparkled through the cold winds of the desert. The towers, buildings, and comms arrays twinkled like stars spread over the hills.
Wrapped in sandstorm cloaks, and riding on the medic's bright pink, bullet-hole-riddled ATV, the duo returned to New Hayden, and passed from the darkness into light.

Inside the walls, most people were relaxing, their shift's over. The bar was pretty full this time of night. Well, really, it was more of a rec room, and it was one of the only leisure places in town. Others though, live out their feelings and dreams in private, looking out over the city from their rooms on the upper floors of hab block.
